We announce that we received the NLGI (USA Grease Association) Clarence E. Earle Memorial Award on the theme of "Main Rotor Bearing Grease for Wind Turbine Based on the New Design Concept".
The Clarence E. Earle Memorial Award is awarded once a year to the most outstanding technical paper reported to NLGI.

We announce that we received the 2012 Japanese Society of Tribologists Technology Award jointly with JTEKT Corporation on the theme of "Grease to achieve both low-friction and resin compatibility for resin/iron sliding motion", and an Honorable Mention for the study of "Grease lubrication of angular ball bearings for long life".

On 25th January, 2013, the 24th Tribology Study Group was held at the Pacifico Yokohama Conference Center [Chair: Professor Yoshitsugu Kimura, (Kagawa University Emeritus Professor, University of Tokyo), Secretariat: Kyodo Yushi]. The theme this time was "Tribology in Response to the Energy Crisis", and lectures on leading technology from various fields were given.
