We are pleased to announce that we received the 2016 Japanese Society of Tribologists Honorable Mention for the theme of "Study on EHL Effect of Grease at Low Speeds (Part 1) - Observation of grease flow at EHL contact"

Japanese Society of Tribologists was established in 1956 aiming at developing tribological technology. This "Honorable Mention" is given to young members whose study outcome is exceptional.

The 28th Tribology Study Group was held at Pacifico Yokohama Conference Center on 27th January, 2017. [With Kyodo Yushi as Secretariat and Dr. Yoshitsugu Kimura, professor emeritus of the University of Tokyo, as chairperson.] The theme of the conference was "Leveraging tribo-performance evaluation technology to designing" and speakers from different industries gave lectures on the latest relevant technologies.
